I was pretty deep in a state of stress-induced insomnia last night, so, with nothing else to do, I started working on redesigning the look of the blog. Seriously, you wouldn't believe how therapeutic it was. It was me doing what I love, being faced with problems I could easily solve, with results I could instantly see. I was so glad to have the chance to do it.
In other news, yesterday the Technographic team had another Beyond Human meeting- and this one went FAR better than the last one. Things are really going to come around, and I'm glad that I have a great team of people I love working with to help me through this process.
I'm hoping to make a few more changes to the blog soon, like switching up the Reviews page into categories for Movies, Comics, and TV- something I've been wanting to do for months but have been avoiding like crazy. In the meantime, I have a few last minute changes to a comp paper on the concept of Character Design for Animation I need to worry about, which is due today, so I'll see you all later!
*Last minute note: The sketch on the banner is by Marcus To, current penciller for Red Robin, a great artist whom I've had the pleasure of chatting with once or twice. Figured I should name-drop so people don't go thinking I drew them myself- I'm nowhere near that good.
