It's been good to have my old buddy Jazz back in town to hang out, and I'm excited for tomorrow, when we start our first day of voice recording, but this weekend hasn't been all dirty jokes and superhero chat. Earlier today, my sister texted me to inform me that my cousin, Clinton Yeager, died while out on a fishing trip with his brother-in-law and nephew. I'm honestly not sure how to feel about this. I was just thinking about him the other day, I haven't talked to him in a few years and I was thinking about hitting him up to hang out.
Still, I'm trying to look forward. It's been a fun few days, and it's still going on. It's been weird, seeing what this project is doing to us- doing for us. Jazz and Jodie have been getting pretty cozy since his temporary comeback, and it's nice to see the way it's bringing us together. In the meantime, we've spent a lot of time doing "research" for Beyond Human. That is, watching superhero cartoons and stuff. Mostly Teen Titans, Young Justice, a lot of the younger stuff that relates to our age group. It's great. Can't wait until tomorrow for things to get started. I wonder how many people are getting in on auditions. In the meantime, I'm watching Season 4 of Teen Titans (And working on my Season 3 Review). So, toodles, I guess!
